Love your show- yet I was a bit disappointed with your Suzanne Moore rant. I can’t speak for anyone else, but many feminists (including myself) are capable of being tolerant and supportive of minority groups while offering criticism where applicable. It seems very logical to me that women who have fought endlessly to abolish socially constructed gender roles may not feel warm and fuzzy towards people who cling tightly to said roles. These would include sexist men, high maintenance stepford wives, and yes, transgenders. Hardcore feminism has not traditionally been about gay marriage, adoption rights, or sex positive porn. It is about questioning the patriarchal power structure and envisioning an egalitarian society which does not rely heavily on sex typing. To do so only reinforces male power and rape culture albeit indirectly

Moore didn’t offer constructive criticism. She used offensive, derogatory language, then doubled down on Twitter.
